Refund policy
Return & Refund Conditions
We must be notified of return, within 3 days of receipt via our Return Form, and the item must be returned to us within 10 days, unfortunately we will not be able to process the request, if these time frames are not met. The item must be returned in its original packaging and labels in-tact. Please note the items must be unused and unworn, if the items become damaged or faulty after wear, we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.

Charges
We will refund only the price of the item (excluding shipping), minus 10% administrative & processing fees. We do not have a free return policy, customer will have to send the item at their own cost, using any courier service of their choice. We recommend using a tracked and signed for service with the appropriate insurance amount, as we cannot process the refund unless we have received the item, and we will not be liable if the item does not reach us. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund within 7-14 working days.
If we send an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a full refund including all shipping charges, or an exchange if requested, and if we have the item in stock. In all instances the Return & Refund Conditions must be met.

Nature of our products
Majority of our items are embroidered, and delicate. By placing an order on our website you accept the possibility of variation in comparison to the images provided on our website. Please note the actual product may vary slightly from that shown in the images due to lighting conditions during photography.
From time to time beading/ sequences may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.Â
Please note that all clothing products sold on our website are recommended to be dry-cleaned or hand wash in water not over the temperature of 30 degree Celsius. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by not adhering to the above care instructions.
Sale Items
There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or colour differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.
Cancellations
We aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours after receiving the order. Cancellations will be accepted only if we are contacted at contact@moire.online within 24 hours, after the order is placed.
